The area is lovely and if you want to laze in the sun great. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when its was lit up.

The villa was spotlessly cleaned, for the owner made sure that we had a good start. We took a taxi boat to one of the old sites and went down to the beach through the Daylan River. Pool perfection. Making plans next year. Highly recommended!

The villa was roomy had good air conditioning and the pool area was good. The comfort of the villa with all the modern luxuries lived up to all our expectations and gave us a feeling of a home away from home. The villas closeness to various beaches and the nearby bar added a touch of adventure to our relaxing holiday. The pool is well maintained. was very impressed with your communication throughout the holiday.

The private pool and barbecue area allowed for leisurely afternoons, while the villas proximity to the airport and the pharmacy offered peace of mind. The trip we took was very well organised and the lunch was excellent value for money. We plan to come back.

It was comfortable and decorated very nicely, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The Villa is spacious, luxurious, clean, and well-equipped. The pool was great and we enjoyed our time there. Totally recommended!!

Nice views from terrace. The outdoors has a very large garden and very clean and wide pool, absolutely amazing.

Very new and well finished, loved everything about our stay, thank you!! The hospitality we received from the landlord is outstanding. Our 13-year-old disabled son adored the pool too which is a great depth. I highly recommend this villa for your next holiday!

We definitely picked the right villa and area. We also enjoyed wonderful family reunion meals around the pool while watching the amazing sunsets. The villa is really luxurious and comfortable. This was week one in a 2 week holiday (Kalkan for second week) and it was a lovely area to explore. What can you say about the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers-absolutely gorgeous!!! We also take the boat trip through the Dalyan river - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age and peoples tastes.
