Wonderful holiday. Cyprus is a beautiful island.

We spent a week at the villa—a couple with five children—and were impressed by the beauty, tranquility, and cleanliness of the place. The owners are lovely, kind people, and we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended.

Villa Jan Lui is one of the best villas we ever stayed. It is spacious, clean ,it has all the things you might need. The best thing is the view out of your balcony, you can watch beutifull sunsets just in front of you. If you want to go to the beach its just there across the road. Villa has plenty of spare blankets if needed for chilly evenings in spring. Pool area beutifull, plenty of space, some lovely bushes growing. We wanted to say thank you to the owners who were always helpful and responsive. We hope we can come back to this lovely villa in the future.

Great place for the family!

Great stay. Lovely property to have as a base to explore this area of Cyprus. Great addition having the pool to cool off in on those very warm days

Everything was wonderful, beautiful villa, lots of space, really nice garden, lots of sunbeds, the sea is beautiful and just across the street. Really nice to swim there. Not far from a few good restaurants.

Overall a very nice stay, pool and villa were clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Latchi and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

Beyond anything we expected. The villa was in a great location with a sea view and a great layout. We really enjoyed the sunset on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend and return.

Very spacious and good location, Fantastic service from Beach Villas. The inside space was great, plenty of room for the children. The pool is just great and having breakfast just outside next to the pool or at the terrace with the sea view is amazing. The villa cleaning, pool maintenance were great.

The location was great and we were able to do all the stuff we wanted. Its 5 minutes to the village and has bars, restaurants and 20 minutes to another one that provides plenty of activities and entertainment. Villa has a great pool and fantastic access to the sea. Everything went well for us. We can only recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much!

Everything was great with the villa. We loved the location. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much, we booked for 2022.

Really lovely stay - nice villa in good spot across the road from sea; very friendly, helpful and efficient hosts. It is not super luxurious but is very comfortable pretty well equipped with a great pool and fantastic access to the sea. Ben

wow wow wow. When we arrived we could not believe how close the beach really was! Then, after unpacking, we walked to the nearby taverna Caretta beach bar. Was amazing watching the sun set over the sea. Other nights we spent at the Santa Barbara taverna; such a friendly welcome. It was our first time to Cyprus and definitely will not be our last! Thank you!!!!

Lovely Location with sea views. Quiet and just how we wanted, not to be disturbed.
