Hector Beach Villa was just what we had hoped for. Great location near to the beach! We really enjoyed the stunning sea views from the upper terrace. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearly private sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The Villa itself is spacious with a great layout and extra amenities (air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, en suite bathrooms, etc.) Overall this magnificent villa was well worth the rental price and our group absolutely fell in love with this place as we didnt even want to leave! We will love to visit this gorgeous place again in the future.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Polis were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is a great beach just 50 m from the villa and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa. The town of Polis is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

7 people (2 families ) stayed and there was plenty of space for all of us. Perfect location near beach, bars and taverna's, nice walks/bike rides. Villa very comfortable and quiet, lovely pool and garden. We didn't meet our host or anyone from Beach Villas but found our way round the local area and would happily come again.

We enjoyed the villa and location between Polis and Latchi was good. No distance at all to supermarkets and to restaurants (which were plentiful) and we had some decent meals there.Swimming pool pleasant and a pretty garden and plenty of space inside the villa. All in all a nice place to stay and very relaxing. Beach Villas provided an excellent service.
