Nice cozy apartment with a large terrace at the outside property area. The location is perfect: close to the beautiful beach, tavernas, and supermarkets. Nice and friendly people in Saint Stephanos, helped several times with directions and proposed places to visit. Very pleased. We will come back again.
Loved Saint Stephanos & our Apartment. Barely used our car here as it was so close to the beach and tavernas. Nice friendly people there in Saint Stephanos, beaches, and local tavernas offered great enjoyment for us: enjoyed great food and wine tasting moments. We will definitely come back.
I had a great holiday. Not my first time at San Stefanos, but my first time with Beach Villas and everything went smoothly. Effie apartment was very comfortable and the owner was lovely. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
10/10! A lovely typical Greek property set in a perfect location for the village vibes, and the garden is absolutely stunning we will definitely be there in the future. Thank you Agni you never disappoint.

A lovely little base in Saint Stephanos. We loved having the harbour, tavernas, and beach so close, and the terrace was perfect for relaxed breakfasts outside.
