We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was peaceful and comfortable, and the pool was perfect for lazy afternoons. The views were lovely and the whole place had a very relaxed feel.

An absolutely amazing villa which was even better in real life. Thw views and position are absolutely amazing. Really surprised to have housekeeping twice a week and a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. I love this Island, its really special and so pleased to get to meet the fabulous owner Yannis, he was really helpful such a lovely guy. We also had the pleasure of visiting his restaurant in Lakka and can thoroughly recommend. We cant wait to come back. Eferisto x

A beautiful place with a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.

We have been staying at Villa Nionios since 2012 and it’s always fantastic.

Perfect stay for a couple. Would also work with 1-2 young children. But it’s a quiet island.. in may! So kids may not be the best neighbors!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ninios, it’s a beautiful, tranquil, luxurious hideaway. The outdoor space and pool are immaculately maintained and designed well to enjoy the whole day from sunrise to sunset

Booked a villa in Corfu through this company last year. The Villa Nionios was as well spectacular, with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. We wanted to book a villa in a private isolated setting far from the outside world and we found the Villa Nionios to be our best holiday retreat. Its a nice quiet location but is still near to Gaios (3 min drive) and other local amenities: beaches, tavernas, bars, etc. Overall nice holiday. Thank you, Agni for being extremely helpful & giving us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with you again for next year.

I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. We recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Nionios and Magazia were perfect for me and my wife. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within only a 5-minute drive away. The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a relaxed holiday. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You sure will be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in the villa.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars... The location is also excellent for exploring nearby places. Gaios is just 3 minutes driving away, and within only a 10-15 minute driving you can reach Longos and Lakka, where you can enjoy in their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We also enjoyed at Avlaki and Gianas beach. Do not hesitate to book this villa!

It was a beautiful well-equipped villa in a peaceful hillside location approx 3 mins drive from the center of Gaios where there was plenty of life if you want it. We loved to occasional dip to the pool. Villa Nionios is very cozy and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We do rent a hire car as we wanted to visit also other places in Paxos. There is no better way to enjoy an evening meal than on the veranda of Villa Nionios enjoying the incredible sunsets. We hope to return soon!

What a sweet little cottage! I was very happy staying at Villa Nionios. The house is well-appointed with simple furnishings, is very clean, and has everything anyone could need to make themselves at home. The pool is just the right size for two, and the views are incredible, too! Lastly, I’d like to say one final thank you to the owner, Yannis, who came immediately to my aide. He assisted us on the spot within 5 minutes of my call. That is amazing service! I would be happy to recommend this villa (and any other one from this owner!)

Excellent week, beautiful location, perfect spot for a couple. It was very nice to find the bottle of white wine when we arrived.

What a great stay at Villa Nionios! It was much more than we expected, very good equiped and clean. The maid was very friendly and as well pool cleaning perfect also. This was the very best place for us to relax far from any hustle and bustle. We will come back again for sure!

Beautiful villa in a stunning setting. The photos dont do it justice ! Its much prettier than we expected... Very prompt and sympathetic response from Agni when the ferry was cancelled and another nights stay in the villa was required . Would definitely recommend Beach Villas and the villa !

This is the fourth annual holiday that we have booked through Beach Villas to stay at either Villa Gallini or Villa Nionios in Paxos. We have had delightful holidays on each occasion, facilitated by the excellent relationship built up between Beach Villas, their agents in Paxos and the owners of these two villas. This in turn contributes to a trouble free holiday for us, the customers, whilst we are staying on the island, and a positive ongoing relationship between us, the Beach Villas team (both in the UK and in Paxos) and the villa owners. From the outset we have been welcomed as friends each year and we look forward to spending a fifth holiday spent on this very beautiful island.

Would stay in the villa again - Beach Villas made it all very easy including picking up & leaving the car. Lovely place, description accurate - we were recommended by a friend who stayed there also.

Beach Villas and their partners were excellent. The villa is perfect for a couple or young family. We arrived, a cot and high chair was left for us and Beach Villas were amazing. Within minutes of arriving they also delivered sheets for us, so our young baby could crawl stress free. No stress, beautiful views and 3 tavernas within walking distance. What was even more enjoyable was having dinner at the villa owners restaurant - a true character. Super time - thanks Maria; the local agent too for all assistance at Beach Villas. Would book the villa again.

We have just returned from two weeks staying in villa Nionios on the beautiful island of Paxos and would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Beach Villas and Eos for the wonderful service everything was arranged and carried out so well. We had a wonderful time at Villa Nionios. The house is in a great location, fabulous views, quiet and peaceful within easy reach of Gaios for essential shopping and eating out.Villa is beautiful, quality furniture and appliances. Relaxing outdoor space and lovely pool though a little chilly in October. Could not fault cleaning and maintenance. Everything was perfect and we hope we can return.Many thanks for a great stay.

The overall holiday was wonderful and Paxos is a magical Island.The villa is beautiful and beautifully made (a credit to the owner). The cleaning is first class and the owner is lovely and friendly.We are planning to return to Paxos next year.

Our holiday was perfect from start to finish. The villa is immaculately maintained and having met Yiannis; the owner we were delighted with the standard of accommodation. We would definitely revisit Paxos more than likely going back to Nionios. I should also commend Beach Villas as their communication throughout the booking process was superb. Please also convey our thanks to Spiros; the taxi driver who was waiting for us at the airport and conveyed us to the port swiftly and without any issue.
