Albufeira is located on Portugal’s southern Algarve region. There are pleasant squares, 18th-century churches, the ancient remains of a Moorish castle, and tiled pedestrian lanes winding through the white-washed old town. Wherever you are staying in Albufeira you will never be far from a beach and each has its very own distinct atmosphere and features. There are over 20 beaches within easy reach, which have been awarded the coveted Blue Flag status. The Blue Flag means the beach has been assessed based on environmental standards, such as water quality and beach cleanliness. Albufeira has the biggest range of attractions and activities in the Algarve so there really is something for everyone

Wir waren mit 6 jungen MA¤nnern(25-30) fA?r 5 NA¤chte in der Villa Baretto untergebracht und es war einfach ein Traum. Die Lage war einfach Traumhaft. Der Strand, die Felsen und das Wasser waren ein Traum! Sehr gerne wieder. Es ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen definitiv wieder! We stayed with 6 young men (25-30) for 5 nights in the Villa Baretto and it was just a dream. The location was just amazing. The beach, the rocks and the water were a dream! Lovely again. Its just recommended, well definitely be back!

This villa is in an excellent location, with s lovely sized pool sun all day. It is a basic quient villa, no English tv or radio. The view is just lovely & a restaurant a few strides away serving great food.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Albufeira. The location of Villa Barreto was excellent. We could walk to at least 4 restaurants walk to a mini market walk to the beach and could see the Atlantic Ocean from Villa Barreto. We were outside most of the time used the pool daily the weather was fantastic met some great people.

Villa is very nice and well equipped with all you'd need. Location is excellent for Sao Rafael beach (one of the best in the Algarve) and only a quick taxi ride into Albufeira. The pool was in excellent condition and we had a great stay and definitely recommend.

Overall the holiday was very successful. Sao Raphael is just lovely. Bird watching was spectacular just a short distance up the coast. Great holiday, great place.... Looking forward to returning to Sao Raphael.
