We had an amazing time. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. Plus was that there was a BBQ that we used really often. Also, I must mention that the communication with the agency was really good. Much gratitude to everyone that helped us to book and look after us before and during our stay.

Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The pool was really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 6 people. We liked that we can combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days at the villa. The extra attention from the owners with a homemade gift was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Good overall experience. Villa Can Javi was well-maintained and clean. Really comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time around it. The weather was perfect and created a great scenic break for me and my family. And a big compliment to the agents. Thank you for making this a perfect holiday.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location(near to almost everything). My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Cala Sant Vicente were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near(5 min walk) is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa The town is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. The house has four very cozy rooms, with very clean bathrooms and the kitchen also very clean and with all the services. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Mallorca. Mallorca has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

Beautiful garden and pool area. The pool is fantastic. As we were a large group we had everything well organized. My family loved it. Great holiday there.Will definitely come back.
